Sysslan Internship 2026 is a virtual internship opportunity for students and freshers looking to gain practical experience from home. Before applying, it is important to understand what “free” covers, whether the certificate costs extra, which application form you need to fill out, and what happens after submission. Sysslan IT Solutions, based in Yavatmal, Maharashtra, lists 32 domains for its 1-month internship track and 19 domains for its 2/3 months track. This guide explains the complete application process, internship options, certificate terms, and important conditions using information published on Sysslan’s official internship pages and internship terms.
What “free” means in this program
Sysslan states that joining the internship is free of charge and that there is no registration fee. Three related facts complete the picture:
- It is unpaid. There is no stipend, so your own internet and any software you need are your cost.
- The certificate is optional and separate. A nominal processing fee applies only if you choose to receive one.
- Optional administrative documents may carry a fee. The fee amount is not published on any page we opened.
In short, you can complete the program and pay nothing, or pay a small fee for a certificate. You should never need to pay to be considered or to be accepted. If anyone asks for money before an offer, confirm through the contact details on the official site first.
Two cohorts, two lists
The site splits the program by length, and the lists are not identical.
| 1 Month Internship | 2/3 Months Internship | |
| Domains listed | 32 | 19 |
| Software and programming | Software Development, Java, Python, C/C++ | Same four |
| Web, apps and design | Web Development, Front End, Full Stack, MERN, Android, Flutter, UI/UX | Same seven |
| Data and analytics | Excel, Power BI, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Engineering | Same eight |
| Engineering and quality | Embedded Systems, IoT, AutoCAD, Quality Assurance, Technical Writing | Not listed |
| Business functions | Marketing, Customer Support, Business Development, Finance, Operations, Sales, Social Media, Content Creation | Not listed |
The practical reading is simple. If your interest is software, web or data, you can choose either length. If you want an engineering, quality, writing or business role, only the 1-month list shows it.
One wording issue to watch: the 1-month heading says “1 Month,” yet the FAQ gives the general duration as 4 to 8 weeks depending on the domain and project. The terms add that the exact duration will be stated in your offer letter or email, so treat that message as final.
Which Apply Now button leads where
Every role has an Apply Now button, and the buttons lead to Google Forms. On 20 October 2026 the 1-month page used five forms, and several unrelated roles share one:
| Form | Roles that use it |
| Form 1 | Software Development, Web Development, Full Stack, Android, UI/UX Design, Front End, Flutter, and MERN Stack (its button reads “View Document” but opens this form) |
| Form 2 | Java Developer, Python Developer, C/C++ |
| Form 3 | Data Analysis with MS Excel, Power BI, Business Analytics |
| Form 4 | Data Science, Data Analyst, Machine Learning, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence |
| Form 5 | AutoCAD, Embedded Systems, IoT, Quality Assurance, Technical Writing and the business roles |
Two things are easy to miss. Business Intelligence sits with the Data Science form, not the analytics one. And because forms are shared, confirm your exact role can be selected, or write it clearly in any free-text field. Links can change, so always start from the official internships page and not from a forwarded link.
How to apply, step by step
- Open the official internships page on sysslan.com and choose the 1-month or 2/3 months section.
- Pick one role you can realistically finish. The terms allow multiple applications, but selection depends on skills, availability and requirements.
- Click Apply Now for that role and read every field before typing.
- Attach or describe a resume that fits the role. Selection rests on your resume, interest in the domain and availability, so make all three obvious.
- Submit and save your answers and the date, since you may not get a copy.
- Watch your inbox and spam folder. Some roles may include a short screening interview or basic skills assessment before an offer.
Because the pages show no start date, deadline or batch calendar, there is no way to know from the site whether a seat is open. If timing matters to you, ask by email before applying.
After you apply: the offer, the clock and the rules
The terms contain several rules that shape what happens next:
- Silence counts as acceptance. If you receive an offer and do not respond within the stated period, acceptance is assumed and recorded. Reply promptly, whether you accept or decline.
- You are expected to participate actively. That means attending scheduled sessions, meeting deadlines and updating your mentor regularly.
- Termination is possible for rule violations, consistently poor performance or inactivity.
- Confidentiality applies. Do not share internal material outside the organization without written permission.
- Work belongs to Sysslan. The terms say ideas, work and output created during the internship are the organization’s property.
- There is no job promise. Completion does not guarantee employment, though strong performers may receive recommendations or future consideration.
Performance is judged on task completion, project quality, consistency, communication and adherence to deadlines. These five are a useful weekly checklist.
The certificate: two exit routes compared
This is the section that matters most for the word “optional” in the title. According to the terms, there are two ways to finish.
| Certificate route | No-certificate route | |
| How | Submit finished work through the official form | Email your finished work |
| Cost | A “nominal” processing fee, amount not published | No charge |
| What you receive | A digital certificate within 10 working days after evaluation | A confirmation email acknowledging completion |
| Document issued | Internship Completion Certificate | No certificate or other document |
How to choose depends on what you need:
- Buy the certificate if your college, an employer or a scholarship requires proof, and you have checked that they accept it.
- Skip it if your goal is skills and one portfolio project, because the work matters more than the paper.
- Ask first. Request the fee in writing before you decide, so there is no surprise.
Sysslan also runs a Verify Certificate page where a recipient can check authenticity. Test it with the details you are given so you know what an employer would see.
Is it genuinely AICTE approved?
The internships page title and description describe the program as AICTE-approved, while the internship terms say it is not affiliated with, partnered with or endorsed by any government body or external organization unless formally stated in writing. These two statements do not sit comfortably together. If your university needs an AICTE-recognized internship for credit, ask Sysslan for the approval reference in writing and check it on AICTE’s official portal before you rely on it.
Is this the right program for you?
It is a reasonable fit if you want a structured, low-cost way to practise real-style tasks in a domain, are comfortable working remotely and can commit steady time each week.
It is a weaker fit if you:
- need a stipend or a placement route
- require a certificate whose recognition you cannot verify
- expect a detailed syllabus before you commit, since none is published
- cannot spare a regular few hours each week for the length in your offer
